Web Build

A complete online bakery store with a 50+ product catalogue, cart and checkout, customer accounts, and order management localized for the Malaysian market. I handled the full build: responsive layouts, on-page SEO with Yoast, security hardening with Wordfence, automated backups, and caching that cut Speed Index from 1.7s to 0.9s, a 47% improvement.

It has user accounts with per-business data isolation, an interactive what-if simulator, and a visual dashboard. Backed by 43 automated tests, containerized with Docker, and deployed live on Railway.

About

I'm a web developer and part-time Software Engineering student at Wawasan Open University. I like owning a website end to end: getting the structure and responsive layout right, then handling the SEO, security, backups, and deployment that keep it healthy after launch.

Most of my hands-on work is in WordPress and WooCommerce, and I'm comfortable with the surrounding pieces: hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and site migration. I also build web applications in Java Spring Boot, which keeps my HTML, CSS, PHP, and database skills sharp and my troubleshooting instincts practical.

I take ownership of what I'm given, flag problems early, and pick up new tools and workflows quickly. Right now I'm looking for a remote web developer role where I can do exactly this.
